Job Title: LMS administrator (DOCEBO) Location: Bangalore Experience: 7-10 Years Job Description: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an LMS administrator or similar position; experience with Docebo is required Experience in the enterprise-wide implementation of a Learning Management System Experience working on SCORM. Implemented DOCEBO Integration with other LMS tool, Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors Customer service skills, responsive attitude Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-complex terms Work effectively as a team member or independently as appropriate Organize and prioritize multiple projects with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines Roles and Responsibilities: The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for the functional system administration and operational support of Mandiant s Learning Management System (LMS) This person will be responsible for This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions Works in collaboration with the Certification Program Manager and other key contacts across Education and the enterprise as a whole Communicates with both internal and external end users Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems Creates and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation Collaborates with key stakeholders on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives Creates and maintains resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development Performs other related duties that may be assigned Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Docebo LMS Monitors upgrades, changes, outages and feature releases for the LMS Researches and tests new features prior to release and implementation Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
