Job Title: L3 Support Engineer (Java & React) Location: Chennai, Bangalore Experience: 5-7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled L3 Support Engineer (Java & React) to join our team and provide Level 3 (L3) application support . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and troubleshooting production issues . You will be responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving technical issues while collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless application performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js . Provide L3 application support , troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner. Investigate logs, debug code, and analyze system performance to ensure optimal application functionality. Work closely with L1 and L2 support teams to escalate and resolve critical issues. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams for issue resolution and application enhancements. Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security. Write and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and system improvements. Participate in on-call support rotation , if required.
