Job Description

We are looking for a skilled LMS Administrator with 5-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LMS administration and be able to work independently.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement effective LMS strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging e-learning content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in LMS usage.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on LMS best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of LMS administration, including setup, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with CornerStone OnDemand (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development principles and adult learning theory.
