Location:

Duration:

3 months initial (with a view to convert to full-time, if both sides are aligned)

About Us

Fruitbowl is a creative strategy & product design agency working alongside EverMe, our behavioural-health platform that blends AI, data, and human-centred design to shift habits and extend healthspan. We move fast, we research deeply, and we put sharpened logic around big ideas.

Role Overview

You will build the blueprint and backbone for how EverMe’s integrations (e.g., health-biometrics APIs, calendar/workflow APIs, content modules) are structured. You’ll lead the process of converting “what the user might ask” into actionable flows, define the dropdown action taxonomy, build the spec spreadsheet that engineering will execute, and establish the pattern so subsequent integrations scale seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Use LLMs to generate ~100 plausible user query scenarios per integration.
  • Curate and refine ~100-250 high-quality queries.
  • Map each query into a step-flow: step 1 (free text) → steps 2…N drawn from a dropdown catalogue of actions (you help define that catalogue).
  • Build and maintain a master spreadsheet spec: integration name, query, user intent, pre-reqs, steps, edge-cases, acceptance criteria.
  • Define the dropdown taxonomy (≈10-15 action types) that can be reused across integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure the spec is actionable and robust.
  • Help identify gaps, edge-cases, failure-modes, and escalate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong logical/structural mindset: you can think in flows, branches, decision trees.
  • Understanding of longevity, health, wellness
  • Excellent written communication: you’ll map processes, write clear spec entries.
  • Comfortable working with early-stage product definitions (ambiguous, evolving).
  • Experience (academic or practical) with APIs, integrations, and product workflows is a plus (doesn’t have to be deep coding).
  • Self-starter: you’ll own a piece end-to-end, collaborate but drive.
  • Bonus: any exposure to behavioural-health products, LLMs/AI, or UX flows.

Why This Role?

  • You’ll build the foundational scaffolding of a product leveraging AI + health + behaviour – this isn’t a tactical task, it’s architecture.
  • Fast-paced. You’ll see your work go live.
  • Enough ambiguity to invent the process
  • If things click, transition to full-time with equity/bonus potential.
