We are a registered IT solution consultant and higher education guidance provider organization, located in Kolkata. Our team provides expert and educational support in higher studies to abroad clients from Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, etc.

Role Description

The live chat specialist position will be responsible for handling online inquiries and providing real-time support to client through live chat services/call.

Marketing Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services across various channels (digital, social media, email, and print).

Sales Support: Coordinate sales activities, including managing leads, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.

Data Management: Maintain databases and track sales and marketing metrics, providing reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and branding.
