IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and computer configuration. The role involves providing support to ensure smooth daily operations for our office. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and other office devices. Assist in setting up and configuring new computer systems for staff. Provide basic IT support and training to staff as needed. Ensure that all systems and devices are operating efficiently. Requirements: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support. Basic knowledge of computers and common software. Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
