We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, installing and maintaining operating systems and office software, managing user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining LAN and Wi-Fi networks, coordinating with internet service providers and vendors, ensuring system security through antivirus updates and backups, and managing IT assets such as laptops, peripherals, and software licenses. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently are essential. A diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science with 0–2 years of IT support experience is preferred, though candidates with strong technical fundamentals and a service-oriented mindset are welcome to apply.
