Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate, located in Faridabad. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing and representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and participating in depositions. The role involves working closely with senior attorneys, attending court hearings, and drafting motions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and experience with legal procedures
• Proficiency in preparing Motions and legal documents
• Ability to conduct thorough legal Research
• Experience in Depositions and court proceedings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment
• Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
• Membership in the Bar Council of India
