LIS Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive LIS Executive to join our team at Stemz Healthcare. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for the configuration, development, deployment, and support of the Laboratory Information System (LIS), including seamless integration of laboratory machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for LIS-related tasks in labs.Handle and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently, especially related to integration issues, ensuring timely closures.Software Configuration & IntegrationConfigure LIS software and interface lab equipment to ensure accurate data exchange.Plan and implement regular backups of interfacing systems, software, directories, and critical data.Oversee the development and integration of new LIS functionalities and workflows.

Team & Vendor Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to resolve IT and LIS-related issues.Manage and support LIS deployments across multiple locations.Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related concerns impacting system performance or integration.

Inventory, Documentation & Training
Maintain updated inventory of LIS-related hardware/software and ensure spare availability at locations.Prepare, maintain, and share process implementation documents.Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new implementations or system updates.

Key Result Areas:
Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of LIMS across all locations.Integrate third-party systems and lab equipment with LIMS.Debug system issues and perform root cause analysis.Address and resolve structural queries related to LIMS.Demonstrate system-wide impact of proposed changes.Lead team coordination for the development of new features and functionalities.

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in lab machine interfacing and LIS configuration.Applied knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., distributions, statistical testing, regression).Familiarity with LIS platforms such as Sufalam, Livehealth, Labvantage, STARLIMS, ITDOSE, Labware, Qualis LIMS, Thermo Fisher LIMS, or Attune is highly preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to provide scalable technical solutions, including data-driven or machine learning-based solutions, for LIS optimization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of relevant experience in LIS/LIMS domain.Technically sound, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
