Job Summary:

LinkedIn Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute LinkedIn strategy

  aligned with brand and business goals

• Create, manage, and optimize

  LinkedIn ad campaigns (lead generation, awareness, retargeting)
• Design and execute

  organic content strategies

  , including company posts, carousels, polls, employee advocacy, and thought leadership
• Build and manage

  LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  (cold outreach, messaging flows, follow-ups) using tools like Sales Navigator or automation platforms
• Grow and engage the

  company page followers and key decision-maker network

• Monitor KPIs:

  CTR, CPL, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions

• Collaborate with the sales team to

  qualify leads

  and ensure effective lead nurturing
• A/B test creatives, headlines, CTAs, and audiences to optimize performance
• Provide regular

  reporting and insights

  to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with

  LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in

  LinkedIn B2B marketing

• Strong understanding of

  LinkedIn Ads Manager, Sales Navigator, and analytics tools

• Experience generating

  leads through organic + paid strategies

• Exceptional

  copywriting and communication

  skills tailored for professional audiences
• Familiar with

  CRM and lead generation tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Lemlist, Phantombuster, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with a focus on

  ROI and campaign performance

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
