Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist. The LinkedIn Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following. Key responsibilities: 1 . Lead Generation & Prospecting - Research and identify companies actively investing in AI initiatives, digital transformation, or technology modernization Target specific industries with high AI adoption potential (fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics) Monitor funding announcements, AI project launches, and technology hiring trends to identify prospects 2. Market Research & Intelligence - Identify pain points driving companies to consider AI outsourcing (talent shortage, cost optimization, faster time-to-market) Research prospect companies' current AI capabilities, technology stack, and potential gaps, monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in the AI outsourcing space, analyze geographic markets with high AI outsourcing propensity 3. Outreach & Relationship Building - Develop personalized outreach campaigns targeting CTOs, Chief Data Officers, AI/ML Directors, and VP of Engineering roles Create compelling value propositions highlighting India's AI talent pool, cost advantages, and time zone benefits, engage prospects through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, industry forums, and virtual events 4.
