Role Description

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of Piramal Finance’s employer brand on LinkedIn. This role is crucial in shaping how we show up as an employer, attract the right talent, and amplify our internal culture, values, and employee stories.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR team to craft and curate engaging content that reflects our mission, celebrates our people, and positions Piramal Finance as a preferred employer.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of experience in social media, employer branding, or digital content marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform, including content formats, algorithms, and engagement levers.
• A flair for storytelling – you can turn internal updates into engaging narratives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams like HR, Talent Acquisition, and Comms.
• Basic design and video editing know-how is a bonus (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Passionate about people, culture, and building a brand from the inside out.
