Job Description

You will be working as a Business Development Associate at Techno Exponent in Kolkata, focusing on proactive lead generation, cold calling, and strategic business development activities. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and develop potential leads through targeted cold calling campaigns - Convert qualified leads into new clients to achieve and exceed sales targets - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects - Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT industry terms and technology solutions such as cloud services, software development, and web development Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields with a focus on outbound sales - At least 1 year of experience in business development and cold calling or working in a BPO, particularly with website sales - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Fluency in English is required In addition to the job role, Techno Exponent offers health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
