We are currently seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to join our business development team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with potential clients — primarily startup founders, business owners, and CXOs — across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia markets for our digital marketing services. Strategize and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo or PhantomBuster for advanced targeting and automation. Identify and qualify high-potential prospects aligned with Digitalberge’s ideal client profile (ICP). Craft personalized connection requests, messaging sequences, and follow-up communications. Work with the marketing team to optimize founder and agency profiles for trust and credibility. Analyze and report performance metrics — connection rate, response rate, and conversion rate. Collaborate with content and design teams for LinkedIn post planning and community engagement. Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with senior business development managers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,499.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
