Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated LinkedIn Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and crafting content that enhances personal branding for CEOs, founders, and other key business leaders on LinkedIn. If you have a passion for writing, a flair for storytelling, and a keen understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for professional growth, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of content.


  • Content Creation:

    Write engaging LinkedIn posts for founders, CEOs, and business leaders that highlight their expertise, achievements, and business milestones.


  • Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with the client’s business goals, target audience, and industry trends.


  • Brand Voice Consistency:

    Ensure the personal brand of each client is reflected consistently in their LinkedIn posts, using an engaging and professional tone.


  • Content Optimization:

    Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics, optimize posts based on engagement data, and provide actionable insights to clients.


  • Content Calendar Management:

    Plan and schedule content posts in advance, ensuring consistency and alignment with the client’s overall brand strategy.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content writing and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.


  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and best practices for personal branding.


  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.


  • Creative mindset with the ability to write in a professional, engaging, and authentic tone.


  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.


  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.


  • Previous experience in managing personal brands for business leaders is a plus.
