Link Building Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Link Building Outreach Specialist to join our growing SEO team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to secure high-quality backlinks that enhance our domain authority, organic visibility, and search engine rankings.

You’ll collaborate closely with website owners, bloggers, journalists, and influencers

Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Please Note:

This is not a generic off-page SEO role. We’re not looking for directory submissions, link exchanges, web2.0 or low-quality tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify high-quality link-building opportunities, including competitor backlink analysis and industry-specific targets.

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with websites, blogs, and influencers in relevant niches.

- Create compelling outreach content (emails, pitches, and follow-ups) to maximize response rates.

- Qualify websites to ensure backlink relevance and quality.

- Collaborate with the Content Team to align outreach efforts with overall SEO and content strategies.

- Manage and execute link-building campaigns with a focus on acquiring authoritative backlinks.

- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, ensuring ongoing health and compliance with SEO best practices.

- Continuously explore new link-building strategies, tools, and opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Outreach Specialist

- Strong understanding of various outreach strategies and link-building techniques.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Moz.

- Solid understanding of how content strategy and SEO work together for successful link-building campaigns.

- Exceptional research, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Quick learner with a passion for SEO.
