Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Costing - Create and manage production budgets, track costs across projects
• Scheduling - Build shoot calendars and coordinate timelines with internal and external teams
• Logistics & Operations - Handle all on-ground requirements like locations, equipment rentals, crew bookings, transport, permissions, meals, etc.
• Vendor Coordination - Manage freelance talent, vendors, and production houses. Negotiate rates and ensure deliverables are met
• Shoot Supervision - Be the point person during shoots, troubleshooting issues, keeping things on track
• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain clear records, production trackers, invoices, and contracts

Ideal Candidate

• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in production management or line producing
• Is highly organized and loves planning and executing complex projects
• Stays calm under pressure and is quick with solutions
• Is comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and timelines simultaneously
• Has worked on branded content, short films, ads, or documentaries
• Bonus if you’ve worked in both agency and production house environments
