About the Role:

Sales & Support Executive

If you enjoy working with business customers, solving problems, and enabling digital growth, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales (B2B-Focused):

Promote digital products (Workspace, Ads, Cloud tools, Devices, etc.) to business clients
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
Drive new business and upsell to existing clients
Meet or exceed sales targets with a consultative approach

Support (Specialized B2B):

Be the first point of contact for business customers
Assist with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting
Guide clients through onboarding and best practices
Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently

Product Expertise:

Stay updated on product features and updates
Provide clients with insights and training when needed
Share feedback with internal teams for improvements

What Youll Need:

03 years of experience in
sales or support (preferably B2B)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Familiarity with digital tools and cloud-based products
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions simply
Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Bonus Points:

Certifications in digital tools or platforms (e.g., Ads, Workspace, Cloud)
Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions
Exposure to B2B client environments
