NR consulting is hiring US Non-IT Recruiters (LI and Business Professional): Experience - 3 months to 1 year in US recruitments Location - Greater Noida (5 days onsite) Shift - EST (6.30pm to 3.30am IST) Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions). Experience in W2. Must have Sound knowledge and working experience on Non-IT, LI, Business Professional etc. concepts. Well versed with Visa Status and should have worked with USC, GC. Authorizations, and adequate experience with US Tax terms. Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
