Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Liferay Developer, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Liferay Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining Liferay-based web applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing custom themes and portlets, integrating applications, performing code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Liferay development, including customization of themes and portlets
• Experience with Java, J2EE, and related frameworks
• Skills in integrating web services (SOAP/REST) and third-party APIs
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
• Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
