Life Sciences Digital Experience Product Owner / Business Analyst

Location: Pan India (preference Chennai, Bangalore, Hyd & Pune) (4/5 days a week to Office)

Experience: 5-9 years

Domain: Life Sciences (Pharma, MedTech, Healthcare)

Grade: SA & M

 

About the Role

 We are looking for a passionate and domain-savvy Digital Experience Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive transformative digital initiatives for our Life Sciences clients. The ideal candidate will bridge business, design, and technology to deliver personalized, compliant, and engaging digital experiences for patients, providers, and healthcare professionals.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Ownership & Strategy

Define and articulate the digital experience vision and roadmap aligned with client business goals and patient engagement strategies.

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable product backlogs.

Prioritize epics and features based on value, feasibility, and compliance impact.

Collaborate with UX, data, and engineering teams to ensure human-centred design and measurable outcomes.

2. Business Analysis & Solutioning

Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping to identify digital touchpoints across HCP, patient, and provider ecosystems.

Translate complex business processes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Support digital platform implementations (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva CRM, or similar).

Ensure alignment with industry regulations such as GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.

3. Execution & Delivery

Partner with development teams during sprint planning, grooming, and UAT to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Manage dependencies across digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and analytics initiatives.

 Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.

5–9 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles, preferably in Life Sciences digital programs (e.g., patient portals, HCP engagement platforms, clinical trial engagement).

Proven experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of pharma and healthcare business processes — commercial, R&D, or patient engagement.

Exposure to digital platforms and MarTech ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, Veeva, Sitecore, etc.).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

 Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).

Experience in Omnichannel engagement and AI/ML-enabled digital experience programs.

Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance in Life Sciences digital products.
