Life Coach / Career Counselor

You will be responsible for facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions for students and teachers on life skills, career planning, and personal development. Additionally, you will conduct workshops and seminars across schools and educational institutions. You will offer one-on-one counseling sessions to help students make well-informed academic and career choices. Collaboration with the Brainlurn team to design and deliver tailored training modules will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will evaluate training impact and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. - Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on life skills, career planning, and personal development - Conduct workshops and seminars across schools and educational institutions - Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to guide students in academic and career choices - Collaborate with the team to design and deliver customized training modules - Evaluate training impact and provide constructive feedback for improvement To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Minimum 4 years of classroom teaching or facilitation experience - Excellent command of English and strong communication skills - Willingness to travel to different locations as required - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills - Prior experience in life coaching or career counseling is an added advantage About Brainlurn: At Brainlurn, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world readiness.
