Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for students and teachers on life skills, career planning, and personal development.
• Conduct workshops and seminars across schools and educational institutions.
• Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to help students make well-informed academic and career choices.
• Work collaboratively with the Brainlurn team to design and deliver tailored training modules.
• Evaluate training impact and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of classroom teaching or facilitation experience.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills.
• Prior experience in life coaching or career counseling is an added advantage.

Compensation:

Full-Time: Best in industry 

Freelance: Compensation based on experience and expertise
