Liasoning Officer

1. Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, clients, and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate visits, meetings, and official interactions as needed.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure efficient flow of information.
• Prepare and share status reports, documentation, and updates for internal teams as well as external parties.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and follow-ups.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Handle regulatory permissions, approvals, NOCs, certifications, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, approvals, and submissions.
• Ensure all liaison activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.

4. Government & Institutional Liaison

• Communicate with ministries, municipal bodies, laboratories, educational institutions, and other authorities.
• Track policy changes, new regulations, and relevant government schemes beneficial to the organization.
• Represent the organization in official meetings and events when required.

5. Operational Support

• Support business development by facilitating partnerships and external collaborations.
• Assist in project execution by aligning external support for approvals, field activities, or inspections.
• Resolve bottlenecks by proactive follow-ups and negotiation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
