About the Role:

This role requires representing the organization in coordination with law enforcement and relevant government authorities to resolve lien and debit freeze matters. It involves active fieldwork, documentation, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaisoning & Representation 🤝

• Act as the authorized representative with law enforcement agencies and government authorities

• Visit police stations and other public offices for case coordination

• Facilitate smooth and clear communication between stakeholders

• Submit case-related documents when required

• Maintain accurate records of visits, submissions, and outcomes

2. Monitoring & Reporting 📑

• Track ongoing cases and provide daily/weekly progress updates

• Maintain logs and structured case files

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (Law graduates preferred, but not mandatory) 🎓

• 2–4 years of experience in legal coordination, government Liaisoning, or field operations

• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills 💬

• Good command over English and local language

• Confident in documentation and report writing

• Ability to manage time and handle pressure

• Willingness for frequent travel in assigned areas 🧭
