नौकरी विवरण – लायजनिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव

हम एक अनुभवी और ऊर्जावान लायजनिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो सरकारी अधिकारियों, नगर निकायों और नियामक एजेंसियों के साथ रियल एस्टेट संबंधित लायजनिंग गतिविधियों को संभाल सके। यह भूमिका विभिन्न रियल एस्टेट परियोजनाओं के लिए समय पर अनुमोदन, मंजूरी और अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के साथ-साथ संबंधित हितधारकों के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाए रखने की जिम्मेदारी निभाती है।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• भूमि की पहचान, सत्यापन और अधिग्रहण प्रक्रिया को संभालना
• भूमि पंजीकरण और दस्तावेज़ीकरण का कार्य
• टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग (T&CP), राजस्व और अन्य सरकारी विभागों से लायजनिंग
• अनुमोदन, अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र (NOC) और अनुपालन से जुड़ी दस्तावेज़ी प्रक्रिया
• सरकारी अधिकारियों और स्थानीय निकायों के साथ संबंध बनाए रखना
• कानूनी टीम के साथ समन्वय कर ड्यू डिलिजेंस और टाइटल वेरिफिकेशन करवाना

JOB DESCRIPTION-

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Land Liaisoning Officer with knowledge in managing land acquisition, registration, and compliance processes, including coordination with government departments and ensuring smooth execution of all land-related formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land identification, verification, and acquisition processes

• Handling land registration and documentation

• Liaisoning with Town & Country Planning (T&CP), Revenue, and other Government departments

• Managing approvals, NOCs, and compliance-related documentation

• Maintaining relationships with government officials and local bodies

• Coordinating with legal teams for due diligence and title verification

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good understanding of land records and registry procedures

• Practical knowledge of local land laws and government functioning

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proactive and able to handle field-level operations and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
