Liaison Officer

Pinnacle Engineering (India) Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the Power & Energy domain, providing end-to-end solutions for HV, EHV, and Solar projects. We specialize in consultancy, EPC services, metering infrastructure, and sustainable energy systems across India. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Liaisoning Officer to manage and facilitate all regulatory and statutory approvals required for HV, EHV, and Solar energy projects. The role involves close coordination with various government departments, electricity boards, regulatory authorities, land offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and secure all necessary statutory, regulatory, and administrative approvals for power infrastructure and solar projects.
• Liaise with various authorities such as:

Ø State Electricity Boards (SEBs)

Ø Power Utilities / DISCOMs / Transcos

Ø State Nodal Agencies (SNA)

Ø Revenue Departments, Forest Departments, and Local Municipal Bodies

Ø Pollution Control Boards, Electrical Inspectorate, CEIG, etc.

• Facilitate approvals for:

Ø Right of Way (RoW)

Ø Land acquisition, mutation, and registration

Ø Grid connectivity and evacuation permissions

Ø Load sanctioning and energy meter approvals

Ø Environment clearances (if applicable)

• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit required documents, applications, and follow-ups for each project phase.
• Keep abreast of policy updates and regulatory changes in the power & energy sector.
• Support internal teams in project planning and execution by ensuring all pre-requisites are completed on time.
• Maintain documentation and track the status of all applications and approvals.
• Provide Liaisoning support for any other statutory needs as required by the company.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional certifications in regulatory affairs or public policy are a plus.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Liaisoning, especially in the power, energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Strong existing network and rapport with relevant authorities and departments.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape in the power and energy sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential matters.
• Proficient in documentation and government portal workflows.
• Willing to travel extensively as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
