Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Liaison Officer to manage communication and coordination between AutoSys Sunergy and various government departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. The candidate will ensure all approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements are met for smooth execution of solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relations with government departments, utility boards, and local authorities.
• Manage documentation and approvals for solar project permits, subsidies, and net metering processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of required documents and applications.
• Monitor compliance with state and central government renewable energy policies.
• Follow up on project-related clearances and resolve any liaisoning issues that may arise.
• Keep track of policy changes and communicate relevant updates to the management team.
• Represent the company in official meetings, hearings, or inspections as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Law, Public Administration, or related fields).
• 0–5 years of liaisoning experience in solar, energy, infrastructure, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and networking skills with government authorities.
• Knowledge of renewable energy policies, solar project approvals, and related compliance will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
