Job Description

Role Objective:

The Liaison Officer will act as the key link between the company and various Government departments, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies to facilitate approvals and compliance for Mining Projects or Crusher Plants or related construction activities. The role demands strong networking skills, knowledge of statutory regulations, and the ability to maintain smooth relations with stakeholders including Police authorities, revenue departments, and community representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Obtain, renew, and monitor all statutory approvals, clearances, and licenses related to mining, crusher plant operations, and infrastructure projects.

· Maintain effective relationships with government departments such as Mining, Forest, Environment, Pollution Control Board, and local municipalities.

· Liaise with police departments for site security, law & order issues, transportation permits, and handling of any legal matters or disputes.

· Ensure timely support during inspections, accidents, or unforeseen incidents.

· Track and ensure compliance with environmental, mining, and construction regulations.

· Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and government submissions.

· Engage with local communities to maintain positive relationships and address grievances.

· Support CSR activities and local employment initiatives as per project needs.

· Assist project teams in obtaining land acquisition permissions, material movement passes, and operational approvals.

· Provide guidance on legal and procedural matters impacting project timelines.

Competencies Required:

· Strong understanding of mining project operations, crusher plant activities, and construction project lifecycle.

· In-depth knowledge of government liaison processes, statutory compliances, and local laws affecting mining and construction.

· Excellent ability to build rapport with government officials, police authorities, and community leaders.

· Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional language for clear interaction with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to handle conflicts, resolve local issues promptly, and ensure uninterrupted project operations.

· High ethical standards to maintain confidentiality in sensitive dealings with authorities.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Law / Public Administration )

5–10 years of experience in liaison roles in construction, mining, or crusher plant projects.

Proven track record of government and police liaison for large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,034.40 - ₹56,648.29 per month
