Liaison Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Liaison Officer to act as the key link between our organization and external stakeholders, including government bodies, educational boards, vendors, and other institutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, in-depth knowledge of regulatory processes, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination with various authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with government departments, educational boards (CBSE/ICSE/State), and other relevant authorities.
• Manage statutory approvals, licenses, and compliances as required by the institution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the organization and external stakeholders.
• Handle documentation and follow-up processes for all liaison activities.
• Assist management in policy interpretation and ensure timely submission of reports and data.
• Coordinate visits and inspections by external authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in liaison work, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
• Strong understanding of government regulations and institutional processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and regional language).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
