Position Overview-

Nodal Operations, Liaisoning, and Law Enforcement Affairs (LEA)

government coordination, nodal operations, enforcement support, crisis response, fraud investigation, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Nodal Operations Leadership.

2. Government Liaison & Regulatory Coordination

3. Law Enforcement Support & Critical Incident Management

4. Dispute Resolution & Stakeholder Handling

5. Fraud Prevention, Asset Protection & Investigations

6. Team Leadership, Process Enhancement & Cross-functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications & Experience:-

• 12+ years in

  Nodal Operations, Liaisoning, Law Enforcement Support

  , Compliance Ops, Risk, or related domains.
• Proven experience managing

  Nodal Officers or Nodal Teams

  in a tech-enabled business (e-commerce, mobility, logistics, fintech, etc.).
• Strong network and working experience with enforcement bodies like

  Police, EOW, Cyber Cells, Transport Authorities

  , and other regulators.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, sensitive, or urgent cases with composure and clarity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
