Job Description

  • 1. Zone Level Sales Performance
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets for the assigned zone
  • Handle multiple loan products including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Loan Against Property
  • Ensure consistent sales performance across all areas within the zone
  • Drive revenue and payout growth

2. Team Coordination and Support

  • Guide and support area and city level loan sales executives
  • Monitor individual and team performance
  • Assist team in closing high value and complex loan cases
  • Ensure productivity and target achievement

3. Business Development and Market Expansion

  • Identify high potential areas and customer segments within the zone
  • Develop new sourcing channels including referrals, connectors and corporate tie ups
  • Expand DSA presence in the zone

4. Customer and Channel Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, channel partners and connectors
  • Act as escalation point for critical customer issues
  • Maintain strong working relationships with bank and NBFC partners

5. Loan Advisory and Product Strategy

  • Support team in recommending suitable loan products
  • Ensure correct lender mapping based on customer eligibility
  • Maintain high approval and disbursement ratios

6. Compliance and Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to RBI, lender and DSA compliance guidelines
  • Monitor documentation quality and process adherence
  • Prevent mis-selling, fraud or policy violations

7. Reporting and MIS Management

  • Review daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS
  • Track zone level pipeline, approvals and disbursements
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights

8. Field Visits and Zone Coverage

  • Conduct regular field visits across assigned areas
  • Meet key customers, connectors and corporate accounts
  • Ensure market visibility and team discipline

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
