Qualifications

Strong background in Law and Legal Consulting
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex legal issues
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
Experience in handling corporate legal matters is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institution
