The Legal Specialist will be responsible for handling various legal matters including legal document preparation, consulting on legal issues, and advising the organization on matters of law. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing detailed communication on legal guidelines to ensure compliance with current regulations. The role also involves advising on risk management strategies and representing the organization in legal proceedings when necessary. Qualifications Strong background in Law and Legal Consulting Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex legal issues Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills Experience in handling corporate legal matters is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher from a recognized institution
