Legal Specialist- Freshers- LLB

About the Role:

• Conduct

  vetting and verification of property-related legal documents

  across multiple states.
• Draft and review

  Title Search Reports (TSRs)

  with precision and attention to detail.
• Identify, interpret, and validate property documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds, and revenue records.
• Obtain

  Encumbrance Certificates, certified land records, and other statutory documents

  from relevant authorities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with

  Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs)

  and government representatives; leverage existing contacts or establish new connects through regular visits as required.
• Act as a

  point of contact for clients

  , ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional handling of queries.
• Manage multiple property due diligence projects across Gujarat
• Collaborate effectively with internal legal teams, external lawyers, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
• Provide operational and legal insights to improve due diligence processes and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and company standards in handling legal documents.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualification

  : Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university in India.

• Experience

  : Minimum 1 years of professional experience in

  real estate law (non-litigation)

  with emphasis on property due diligence.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Drafting and reviewing

  Title Search Reports (TSRs)

  .

• Vetting and analysis

  of property-related documents.

• Land record systems

  and obtaining

  Encumbrance Certificates

  in Gujarat.
• Strong network or ability to establish working relationships with

  Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs)

  and local representatives.
• Excellent

  client engagement

  and

  stakeholder management

  skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India as project requirements demand.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
