Legal Operations Analyst

You will be joining our global team as a Legal Operations Analyst in the Case Oversight & Administration Team within the Legal function at JPMorgan Chase. Your role will involve handling the initial assessment, case intake, and data management for litigation. The Case Oversight & Administration Team is known for its collaborative and inclusive environment where you will review legal and non-legal documents, conduct research, apply policies, interact with staff, create reports, and analyze data in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: - Examine and prioritize legal and non-legal documents to determine management by the Litigation Department or routing to another business area. - Conduct detailed research using internal and external systems to comprehend customer relationships related to potential litigation. - Respond to specific research requests and data inquiries as required. - Keep electronic case files updated with initial matter documents and any additional documents served to the Firm. - Identify urgent issues and escalate them promptly to management when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Analytical, organizational, research, presentation, time management, and project management skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Successful completion of a conflicts of interest clearance review is mandatory for all candidates in the Legal Department prior to employment.
