📌 Job Description: Legal Officer / Legal Executive Position Overview The Legal Officer manages all legal matters of the company, provides legal advice, supports compliance, drafts and reviews documents, and handles issues related to contracts, litigation, and policies. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal documents Provide legal opinions on matters such as business operations, compliance, and disputes Manage litigation, coordinate with external lawyers, and prepare case documents Ensure compliance with applicable laws—labour laws, intellectual property, IT laws, commercial laws, etc. Conduct legal research and keep management updated on regulatory changes Prepare and maintain legal records, notices, and documentation Draft notices, replies, legal correspondences, and internal policies Handle company-related legal filings and government documentation Assist departments with risk assessment and mitigation Skills & Qualifications LLB / LLM from a recognized university Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, labour, corporate, IP, and cyber laws Excellent drafting and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Good communication and coordination abilities
