Data Verification Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Verification Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to handle large datasets, and a commitment to data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, and validate data from various sources (forms, documents, online submissions, databases). Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries in systems. Cross-check information for discrepancies or inconsistencies. Communicate with internal teams or external stakeholders for data clarification. Flag and escalate any suspicious or non-compliant entries. Maintain and update data records in accordance with company policies. Generate daily/weekly reports related to verification metrics. Support the team in audits and quality assurance checks. Follow confidentiality protocols and handle sensitive data responsibly.
