Hiring for Legal Manager

Role Objective

To provide legal support at Corporate Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Result Areas

• Contract Management- Ensure efficient review, drafting and closure of legal documentation/agreements
• Drafting of standard Templates for business
• Delivery of efficient, responsive and timely advise on transactional structures including legal feasibility of all new projects proposed to be undertaken by the Company
• Effective coordination among all concerned internal and external agencies/departments to ensure closure of the transaction in line with the agreed time lines.
• Advising on proposed Merger and amalgamation to be undertaken by the Company.
• Legal Advisory on queries raised and on grey areas requiring interpretation.
• Drafting and vetting of treasury documents like loan agreement, corporate guarantee, deed of hypothecation etc.

Major Qualifications / Specific Skills

Required Education

LL.B.

Experience

Approximately 15 to 17 years of overall experience post LLB

Knowledge and Specific Skills

Knowledge of laws applicable on Merger and acquisition, listing regulation, banking regulations. Open to travel. Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Required Critical Behavioral Competencies

ESSENTIAL

DESIRABLE

• Exposure of handling corporate laws.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Having experience of work in corporate set-up of minimum 5 to 8 years
• Good Communication skills
• Graduated from reputed college/ University
