Key Responsibilities: Drafting & Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and contracts. Due Diligence & Title Clearance: Conduct property due diligence, verify titles, and ensure legal compliance in transactions. Litigation Management: Handle real estate disputes, manage court cases, and liaise with external counsel. RERA & Compliance Advisory: Ensure adherence to property laws, RERA, and other regulations, providing legal risk assessments. Qualifications: LLB/LLM with 5-10 years of experience in real estate law. Expertise in drafting, due diligence, title clearance, and litigation. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
