This role will play a key part in institutionalising system knowledge, reducing overdependence on external vendors, and enabling responsive, in-house troubleshooting. As CEEW continues to scale, the Zoho Admin will also help in refining workflows, supporting change management, and strengthening ERP adoption across teams. Job Duties and Accountabilities Zoho System Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks across Zoho applications (Books, Creator, People, etc.). Create and manage user roles, permissions, and access across platforms. Maintain and monitor system workflows and troubleshoot issues in coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Internal and external User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for Zoho- and ERP-related queries from internal users. Understand the newly developed ERP system, including workflows and SOPs created. Assimilate, maintain, and improve these SOPs over time to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Be able to build and manage custom views, dashboards, and reports across various Zoho apps, and make necessary updates or enhancements to the newly built system in line with the evolving needs of the organisation. Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and in discussion with programme manager develop solutions with minimal dependence on external developers. Data Management, Change Management & Training: Oversee data uploads and migrations between systems during rollouts or upgrades. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and backups. From the SOPs and manuals already available, in discussion the programme manager, adapting as required, develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users as CEEW scales. Facilitate adoption of Zoho features and best practices across teams. Coordination with Zoho and implementing partner(developer): Liaise with Zoho as well as implementing partner for advanced support, debugging, or configuration changes. Track and prioritize action items under their AMC to ensure timely resolution and value for money. For any new requirement/change in the existing system, in discussion with the programme manager, gather requirements, prepare the requirement document and coordinate with Zoho and the implementing partner for executing the new requirement. Selection Criteria Qualifications Strong academic credentials, preferably Master’s degree with a specialisation in power systems, energy systems, renewable energy technologies, or related fields. Previous internships in any related fields would be an advantage. Work experience 1-3 years of relevant work experience; Candidates with strong research skills but with lesser experience may also be considered. Experience in modelling using software such as GridPath, PLEXOS, PROMOD is appreciated. Proficiency in using tools used such as Excel and Python for analysis. Key skills Strong ability to organise, process, and analyse large data sets that are used and derived through power/energy models. Understanding of power market regulations, interconnection regulations, operations, and resource adequacy planning in Indian and international context. Ability to learn new tools to manage, process and drive insights from datasets. Ability to effectively work in a team while taking initiative to identify problem statements and use relevant research methods to find answers. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
