Roles and Responsibilities Manage legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Oversee litigation matters related to real estate disputes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing risk exposure through contract drafting and negotiation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve non-litigation issues such as property transactions, lease negotiations, and licensing agreements. Ensure timely completion of all legal tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry. LLB degree from a recognized university. Strong understanding of contractual, corporate law, due diligence processes, legal documentation, litigation management, regulatory requirements (RERA), and statutory compliances.
