Roles and Responsibilities Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and scope. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular progress updates and status reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile 15-20years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in API development or related field. MS/M.Sc(Science) / M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of chemistry principles applied to pharmaceutical sciences. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
