Roles and Responsibilities Manage network infrastructure, including hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance of HPLC, GC, QC applications, empower and other server applications Provide technical support for desktop administration tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems using various tools and techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of instrumentation systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and optimize system performance. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Network Administration or pharma field. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting techniques. Experience working with industrial automation systems is an added advantage.
