Roles and Responsibilities Conduct patent infringement analysis using tools like PatentScope, Google Patents, and Thomson Innovation. Perform prior art search on granted patents to identify relevant documents. Analyze search results to determine potential infringement risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive intellectual property protection plans. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to pharmaceuticals. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in IP management, preferably in the API= pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. Strong understanding of analytics, chemical synthesis, compliance, data mining, document management, informatics, litigation support, prosecution processes. MS/M.Sc (Science) degree from a reputed institution; Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory.
