Roles and Responsibilities Manage projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify potential roadblocks to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Project Manager (R&D). MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or related field; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
