Job Title: Legal Manager (PQE 0–1)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Manager (0–1 years PQE) to join our in-house legal team in New Delhi. This is NOT a litigation or court-attending role but an in-house position focused on managing day-to-day litigation tracking, compliance, and coordination.

The role is best suited for a recent law graduate with a strong grasp of procedural laws, along with excellent Excel and communication skills to interact with both internal stakeholders and advocates PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day litigation tracking and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with advocates across India for case progress and updates.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counsel for effective case management.
• Prepare and maintain case trackers, compliance dashboards, and MIS using Excel.
• Ensure timely filings, documentation, and compliance with procedural requirements.
• Conduct preliminary legal research and provide support on procedural laws.

Requirements:

• LL.B graduate (Bachelors in Law) from a recognized university.
• 0–1 years PQE (fresh graduates may apply).
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month during probation; ₹30,000 per month post-probation.
• Probation Period: 3 months.
• Exposure to a wide range of in-house litigation management & compliance processes.
