Legal Manager A0 (Fresher)

As a Legal Manager with 01 years PQE, you will be joining our in-house legal team in New Delhi. This role does not involve litigation or court-attending responsibilities; instead, you will focus on managing day-to-day litigation tracking, compliance, and coordination. Your role will require a strong understanding of procedural laws, along with excellent Excel and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and advocates across India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day litigation tracking and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with advocates nationwide for case progress and updates. - Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel for effective case management. - Create and maintain case trackers, compliance dashboards, and MIS using Excel. - Ensure timely filings, documentation, and compliance with procedural requirements. - Conduct preliminary legal research and offer support on procedural laws. Qualifications Required: - LL.B graduate (Bachelors in Law) from a recognized university. - 01 years PQE (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Strong knowledge of procedural laws such as CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, etc. - Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance reporting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. In terms of Compensation & Benefits, you will receive a salary of 25,000 per month during the probation period, which lasts for 3 months. Post-probation, the salary will be 30,000 per month. You will gain exposure to a wide range of in-house litigation management and compliance processes. Immediate candidates who can join right away will be given preference for this position.,
