Principal Associate

to lead and expand their Corporate practice in New Delhi.

• Position/Vacancies: Principal Associate – Corporate (1 Position)
• Job Type: Full-time (Senior Corporate Advisory Role)
• Location: New Delhi (Offline/On-site)

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 6+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A, and regulatory compliance.
• Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and related regulations.
• Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills; experience in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution; excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and legal aspects of operations.
• Handle M&A, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities including ROC, RBI, and MCA.
• Lead client relationships, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
