Bharat & Associates is hiring a
Legal Associate
for a
Full-time, On-site
role at their Dwarka Office in Delhi, focusing on a mix of litigation and regulatory practice.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualification
- Education: LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Mandatory: Enrollment with the Bar Council (must).
- Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Attributes: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling mixed litigation & regulatory work.
Practice Areas
- Civil & Criminal Litigation (including CBI & commercial matters).
- Regulatory & Corporate Advisory (research and inputs for senior associates).
- Court filing, appearance management, and procedural work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct judicial and law-point research; prepare case notes and legal memoranda.
- Draft regular applications, petitions, replies, and other court documents.
- Handle filing and appearances for routine court matters (filings, adjournments, follow-ups).
- Assist principal consultants and other teams on regulatory and corporate advisory tasks.
- Balance time between litigation support (drafting, filing, court coordination) and regulatory research/advisory inputs.
- Maintain case records, timelines, and ensure timely escalations.
